What are you telling your clients and employees?
Every day you communicate with your clients and your employees. These messages are shared through your words AND your actions. Although you may not be aware, a distinct message is being communicated that has a direct impact on your success.

As a business
Your marketing materials, employees, and place of business attract or put off your prospects. Your actions remind your clients why they buy your products or services. Are you communicating a positive message to your prospects and clients? Are you attracting clients to your business?

As an executive/manager
Your actions set the tone for the organization. Your employees choose to work for you because of that tone. In some cases, your actions may “tell” them why they don’t want to work for you any longer. Are your actions encouraging debate and innovation within your organization? Are your employees comfortable disagreeing with you? Do you wonder why your employees seem more apathetic or less communicative?

As an employee
You communicate what you think of the organization and your role in the organization through your daily actions. Your behavior contributes to the success or decline of the organization. Does your boss understand how you contribute to the business? Does your boss’ boss know who you are?
