However, few businesses evaluate their client experience from the client’s perspective or ask for regular feedback. Those companies who receive feedback may or may not act on the information.

The business statement of “if you measure it, it will improve” holds true for your client initiatives. What you want to achieve with your clients can be evaluated, refined, measured, and improved.
